High Water Update, 10 June
On the Upper Rhine, the level at the Maxau Gauge will begin to rise again this afternoon. At the other gauges on the Upper Rhine, levels will fall or stay the same until Tuesday evening.

In the Port of Antwerp the Deurganck Dock area is still closed to shipping. All requested slots for Sunday and Monday have provisionally been postponed to Tuesday.
Shipping has been halted in the Port of Antwerp due to oil pollution at the Deurganck Dock.
The High Water on the Rhine has subsided. On Thursday evening on the Upper Rhine the level at the Maxau Gauge fell below High Water Mark II (7.50 m), the level relevant for shipping. However, it is expected to rise above the Mark II level again in the coming week.
The High Water situation on the Rhine continues to improve. At present all water levels throughout the country are falling.
