Welcome to Contargo – your gateway to exciting career opportunities in the world of container logistics!
You have just graduated from university and are keen to put your theoretical knowledge into practice? Whether you are interested in logistics, business or IT - Contargo offers you numerous challenges and excellent prospects.
Internships, theses and working student placements
If you'd like to see what Contargo's like as an employer while you're still studying, we have a range of opportunities for you. You can complete an internship or write the thesis for your bachelor's or master's degree at our company. If you're interested in practical projects, you might enjoy a working student placement.
Cooperation with universities
We really value contact with students. That's why we work closely with various universities on projects which allow students to put the knowledge they acquire at university to practical use. Our project with a group of logistics students from Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences is an impressive example of this. Together, the students drew up a sustainability report, actively contributing to raising the public's awareness of sustainability, which is a central topic for Contargo.
Integrated degree program: The best of both worlds
Once they've finished compulsory schooling, many people ask themselves whether it's best to study or get on-the-job training. With Contargo's integrated degree program, you can combine the two! The University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Mannheim give you the chance to acquire two qualifications at once, qualifying as a Chamber of Industry and Commerce freight forwarding and logistics services agent with the further academic qualification of "Bachelor of Arts in Logistics".
Unlike during a traditional degree course, integrated, practical work starts from day one. Your studies will concentrate on methodological knowledge in logistics based on a solid business foundation enhanced with social and intercultural skills.
During your studies, practical and theoretical phases alternate to enable you to put what you learn into practice straight away at your training company. You can then apply new insights and investigate any issues during the next theory stage at the university.
Start your career at Contargo and put the knowledge you acquire to practical use in a dynamic environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our team and to sharing in your success!
