Business integration (EDI & API)
Our "Business Integration" team is responsible for the automated electronic transfer of business data and the processing of this data as it moves between internal and external systems.
We use a powerful integration layer to create a connection between our systems and the systems of business partners at seaports and inland.
We process data including transport orders and container releases for our customers and make this data available to our systems such as COLA.
We also make data from our own systems – such as status notifications and invoices – available to our customers.
We can handle different formats and communication channels.
Increasingly, we offer customers the possibility of connecting to our system via an API rather than by means of EDI, allowing them to call up the location of a container in real time, for example.
Communication with seaports is largely automated. We declare container shipments for delivery or pick-up electronically, which allows us to ensure that containers reach the end customer by the promised date.

We can support multiple formats and communication channels. For example, we offer you the opportunity to connect to our systems via an API so that you can call up the position of containers in real time.
