IMTIS

For years now, the Tariff Information System, TIS, has been making life easier for thousands of logistics specialists when planning container transport in combined transport modes.

The current trimodal version of this software is called “IMTIS 5” and calculates transport prices and routes in combined transport via inland barge, rail and truck. As well as the road toll tax in Germany, IMTIS takes into account the Heavy Vehicle Fee (HVF) in Switzerland and also, in the most recent version, bunker charges (BAF) for inland waterway transport and the Truck Fuel Surcharge (TFS).

With IMTIS you can interactively plan your transports via a wide variety of routes and seaports. This simplifies calculation and always takes account of the real costs.

You can also very easily make a comparison of costs between the different transport modes and thus get the best deal for your transport project. Benefit from the possibilities of triangle routing.
