As from January 1, 2023 Hutchison Ports ECT Rotterdam will introduce two new surcharges for truck transport. The Climate Tariff is intended to realise a modal shift, and the purpose of the Distribution Surcharge is to ensure a more even distribution of delivery and collection by truck at the ECT Delta and Euromax terminals.
We therefore regretfully have to pass on these tariffs as well as the resulting administrative costs to the total amount of 18.50 € (made up of Climate Tariff, Distribution Surcharge and administrative costs) to our customers.
