We are pleased to say that the situation in the western seaports has improved. Due to the improved situation, it will be possible for us to reduce the congestion surcharge for you for container transports via the seaports of Rotterdam and Antwerp from 1 January 2024. The present surcharge of 25.00 € will be adjusted to 15.00 € per container/per direction.
Together with all those involved, Contargo continues to pursue the aim of improving waiting times in the seaports and further reducing the congestion surcharge.
