On 1 September 2025 the first train of the Duisburg Dourges Shuttle service will set out from Duisburg. All departure times and container acceptance times are now scheduled.
The DDS will link the Duisburg Intermodal Terminal (DIT) with the Lille Dourges Conteneur Terminal (LDCT) in Dourges (France) from 1 September with a fixed schedule and three round trips per week. The new transport line offers various connections via Dourges to/from: Fos-sur-Mer, Lyon, Marseille, Miramas, Mouguerre, Paris, Perpignan and Rennes. A connection to London is also planned from January. At DIT further rail connections are possible to Poland, the Czech Republic and China.
Close of acceptance for the DDS at DIT in Duisburg is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 16:00. Containers are available for collection at the LDCT in Dourges on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 09:00.
Acceptance deadline at the LDCT is 15:00 on Tuesday and Thursday, and 12:00 noon on Saturday. Containers are available for collection from DIT on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 07:30.
