Water levels on the Rhine are going down. However the water level at Kaub, which is important for navigation on the Middle Rhine, is falling quite slowly. We are expecting all shipping bans to be lifted along the Rhine on Saturday. When water levels fall below the High Water Mark 2, there is initially a partial shipping ban which applies to certain combinations of vessels, plus a speed restriction for all vessels. This is only lifted when the water level goes below High Water Mark 1.

Our vessels on the Middle and Upper Rhine are in position, and our terminals are ready to process them as fast as possible as soon as they arrive.

On the Lower Rhine, our barges are sailing according to the normal schedule.
