UPDATE High Water situation on the Rhine
The Rhine is now open again to navigation along the whole of its length.
However, on the section from Emmerich up to and including Iffezheim, High Water Mark I still applies.
This means that within this section a speed limit is in force for shipping and overtaking is not allowed. We hope that this High Water Mark I will be cancelled at the weekend, as forecasts indicate.
