As from 29 November 2017, the HHLA und EUROGATE Terminals in Hamburg have introduced a compulsory slot booking procedure for trucks.

In order for the process to run smoothly we need to have the necessary information, for instance our customer’s container number and truck number. The customer should give us these at the time of booking, because this is the only way to obtain appropriate slots at the terminals.

Please note that if the necessary data are not complete we take no responsibility for resulting delays in delivery or for missed departures of seagoing vessels.

If no appropriate slots should happen to be available, resulting in additional costs such as e.g. demurrage, detention and/or personnel costs at the loading point, we will unfortunately have to reject these costs as well.
