From October 2017 there a test phase will be introduced at the container terminals of HHLA in Hamburg for the slot-booking of truck transports. The aim is to avoid bottlenecks in handling, while coping with the heavy traffic situations and increasing transport volumes (more information here: )

Please take care in future to transmit all the data, and check that they are accurate and complete, so that deliveries can run smoothly.

If data are incomplete or inaccurate this could result in delays at the German end (import and export round trips), and for export could also cause late deliveries and missing the departures of seagoing ships.
In this case we regret that we cannot accept any liability for additional costs that may arise.
