To protect our systems, we have to continue to block all new incoming emails with attachments and put them in “quarantine”, since it is not certain whether there are already modifications of the malware. They will only be sent on with a considerable time lag after testing. This unfortunately means that the problems with order processing will still remain.

Please note that, for safety reasons, orders sent by email can only be processed if the text is written directly in the body of the email. Order transmission by Fax is also possible.

At present it is not possible to judge when we will be able to return to a normal process.  Contargo IT Support will provide information about further developments promptly.
