The unions of the Dutch port workers have called a 24-hour strike in the Port of Rotterdam. According to the information we have received, the strike begins today, Thursday 7 January 2016 at 15:15 and will continue until 15:15 on Friday 8 January 2016.

During this time we have several barges and trains scheduled for processing in Rotterdam.

We will do everything possible to minimise the effects of the strike on our transports. However, there may be some delays. Since this is a case of force majeure, we must inform you already that we cannot accept any liability for delays.

We will keep you informed as far as possible about the course of the strike, and about the point at which it ends. If there are foreseeable delays in processing times our Customer Service team will inform you immediately.
