27.10.2015- In Mannheim and Ludwigshafen, the occasion of this jubilee year of the Port of Mannheim was taken as an opportunity to examine three questions: Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going?

These questions were addressed in a discussion round, with representatives of the Cities of Ludwigshafen and Mannheim, the Port Company of Mannheim and Contargo Rhein-Neckar GmbH. The discussion covered the role of the port for the city of Mannheim, the theme of living and working by and on the river, as well as the future development of the Port of Mannheim and its importance for the Rhine-Neckar Region.
