With effect from 28 November 2022, Contargo Road Logistics has taken over Berry BV in Antwerp. The new Road Logistics branch in Antwerp will bear the company name Contargo Berry BV and Frank van Berwaer will be Branch Manager of this branch.
At present there is heavy fog in the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam. This is leading to delays in handling. At some individual terminals operations have been suspended altogether:
Antwerp: 1718, 1742, 1700 und 913
Rotterdam: APM2, DDE/-N und EUMAX
A few weeks ago, Contargo put a new Terminal Operating System (TOS) into operation at the Ports de Valenciennes container terminal. It is one of the first inland terminals in France to have a comprehensive IT system.
