The situation in Rotterdam

During the night, or in some cases this morning, the seaport terminals have started work again. The EMX Terminals are in the process of removing more sand from the rails. The backlogs everywhere are being dealt with. The first of the blocked Contargo trains is expected to be able to leave around midday for Mannheim/Wörth.
