From 24 April 2023 the Rotterdam World Gateway (RWG) will be introducing a surcharge on time slots during peak hours for RWG trucking transports. We at Contargo are directly affected by this so-called Peak Surcharge, because we are practically always forced to call at RWG during peak hours. For this reason, from 24 April 2023 we shall unfortunately have to pass on to our customers this peak surcharge levied by RWG (including resulting costs) in the amount of 17.50 € for all container trucking transports to and from RWG.
