From 1 January 2023 there is a change in our regulation of the Low Water Surcharge. For shipping via Koblenz the gauge at Cologne (Köln) is included, and from now on the surcharge applies for the Duisburg Gauge from a level of 300 cm.

At present, average waiting times for the handling of our barges in the seaports are:

Antwerp: 48 hours

Rotterdam: 48 hours

The unforeseeable energy price explosion this year has forced us to pass on part of the energy costs to our customers in the form of an Energy Rail Floater (ERF) since 01.07.2022. The market situation for 2023 continues to lack transparency and is not at all clear; however, we are pleased to inform you that we are able to reduce the surcharge passed on to you for the first quarter of 2023.
