Training for the younger generation is a high priority at Contargo. So the management has set itself the target of a ten percent training quota for the coming year.
It is an important signal from the management that in 2012, one hundred percent of trainees were taken on as permanent employees.
By maintaining a high rate of traineeships, and hiring a high proportion of the trainees who have qualified, we want to ensure that in our constantly expanding enterprise we can rely on well trained, competent specialists from our own ranks.
Contargo most frequently offers training as a specialist in forwarding and logistics services at various terminals in Germany. As well as this IHK qualification (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) we also offer a university degree course specialising in logistics in cooperation with the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences.
